FiSCA Scholarship

FiSCA ( Financial Service Centers of America ) has awarded more than $396,000 in scholarship awards to 164 deserving students from across the country since the inception of the program.
The FiSCA National Scholarship Program is available to benefit deserving college-bound high school seniors from families in areas served by its members.
AutoZone Scholarship
Each year 15 high-school graduating seniors
are chosen by a panel of judges to receive the $2,500 AutoZone
scholarship. Each winner showcases leadership within his or her
school and community, academic excellence and involvement in
extracurricular activities. These students can be AutoZoners or
children/dependents of AutoZoners. The 2004 scholarship recipients
are listed below along with their parent's names and AutoZone

Best Buy Scholarships
Best Buy Children's Foundation is awarding $2.75 million in scholarships to recognize and reward students who have made extraordinary contributions both inside and outside of the classroom.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
* Be a graduating high school senior living in the United States or Puerto Rico.
* Live within 75 miles* of a U.S. Best Buy Store.
* Have a minimum cumulative high school grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or an equivalent).
* Demonstrate commitment to and involvement in volunteer community service or work experience.
Home Depot - George A. Lottier Scholarship Fund
Until his untimely death in September 2007, George Lottier was president and CEO of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council. He served in that capacity for seven years and prior to that, sat on its board for more than 20 years. He was an expert on certification, facilitated relationships between the corporate community and minority business owners, and was a tireless champion of economic parity.
